Caitlin Duffy has been an associate at Squitieri & Fearon, LLP since 2008. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, particularly ERISA and Wage and Hour class actions brought on behalf of employees who have lost their retirement income in employer sponsored retirement plans or who have been denied overtime compensation by their employers. Ms. Duffy also has experience litigating consumer fraud, securities and antitrust actions.
Prior to joining Squitieri & Fearon, LLP, Ms. Duffy worked as a Brooklyn Law School Post-Graduate Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union, LGBT and AIDS Project on discrimination related issues.
