Joseph Goljan focuses his practice primarily on complex litigation matters, concentrating on ERISA and securities law. He also has experience in antitrust and consumer protection law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goljan worked pursuant to a Brooklyn Law School Public Service Fellowship at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Labor Bureau. As a participant in Brooklyn Law School’s Criminal Appeals Clinic, Mr. Goljan successfully argued on behalf of the New York County District Attorney’s Office in response to a criminal appeal before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department.
