Olga Anna Pettigrew concentrates her practice on complex litigation matters, specifically ERISA and securities class action litigation. She also has experience litigating antitrust, wage and hour, and consumer protection matters.
Prior to joining Squitieri & Fearon, LLP, Ms. Pettigrew served as a legal intern for the General Counsel of Carey Financial, LLC, where her work focused on broker-dealer compliance in nationwide offers and sales of securities as well as corporate governance matters. Ms. Pettigrew has also interned with numerous financial and economic regulators and participated in investigations and litigation pursued by these agencies, including the Division of Market Surveillance at NYSE Regulation, Inc., the Bureau of Competition and Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission, and the Investor Protection Bureau at the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
