Contaminated Eye Drops Artificial Tears Investigation

Squitieri & Fearon, LLP has filed lawsuits on behalf of people who have been injured after using eye drops that were contaminated with bacteria.  Some people lost vision and others had bad infections from using the contaminated products.

 

For example, Squitieri & Fearon has filed lawsuits on behalf of people who lost vision after using Target brand eye drops (including the UP &UP store brand) and CVS brand eye drops (including the CVS Health Multi-Action Relief Drops). These eye drops were contaminated with a dangerous bacteria, including a bacteria called Pseudomonas.
