Phenylephrine Lawsuit Investigation

Squitieri & Fearon, LLP is investigating claims on behalf of people who brought nasal
decongestants containing Phenylephrine, an ingredient that is not effective as a nasal
decongestant. We say that manufacturers sold these products, but the products were
worthless.
The investigation covers the following products:
• Sudafed PE;
• Mucinex;
• Dayquil;
• Tylenol Sinus;
• Advil Sinus Congestion;
• Benadryl Allergy D Plus Sinus;
• Vicks DayQuil Cold and Flu Relef;
• Neo-Synephrine Nasal Spray;
• Pretz-D;
• Rhinall Nasal;
• Tur-Bi-Cal;
• Vicks Sinex; and
• Lusonal.
We are seeking to recover the purchase price of the products because the Phenylephrine
is the active ingredient in many cold, allergy, and nasal congestion products but was
recently designated as ineffective as a nasal decongestant in oral products, such as cold
pills. If you or someone you know purchased any of the above-mentioned Phenylephrine
products, you may be eligible to recover the purchase price of the products you bought.
