SECURA AIR FRYERS INVESTIGATION

Squitieri & Fearon, LLP is investigating claims for people whose Secura air fryer caught on fire, overheated or smoking.

In September 2023, Secura recalled over 6,400 air fryers due to a fire and burn hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled air fryers. To check if your air fryer is being recalled, look for the model number and date code that is printed on the silver label at the bottom of the air fryer.

The recall includes Secura air fryers with model numbers SAF-53D (TXG-DT16E) with date code 1901, and model number SAF-53 (TXG-DS16) with date codes 1903 and 1904.  The recalled air fryers are black with silver accents and “Secura” is printed on the top of each unit.

If you or someone you know purchased a Secura air fryer listed in the recall, you may be eligible to pursue a claim.  Please complete the following form, and someone from the firm will contact you, or you can contact Stephen J. Fearon, Jr. by e-mail at stephen@sfclasslaw.com or by phone at (212) 421-6492.
